| The most problematic point for export-oriented small businesses and home industries in dealing business with many customers in foreign countries is handling correspondence professionally. No wonder that many of them are forced to subordinate their positions of businesses under other big companies for the reasons that they are facing difficulties in handling English correspondence.
Therefore, through this program, Hapsa et Studia forms a specific community, named 'Forum Komunikasi Usaha Kecil Menengah (FKUKM) - Hapsa et Studia' (Small-Medium Enterprises Communication Forum) based on internet communication access, where in the beginning, it only means to help small business especially in handling correspondence and Indonesian-English vice versa translation i.e.: making business introduction letter, offering letter, mutual agreement with foreign partner including the attempt of finding foreign partners or buyers. Hopefully, this forum will in the future become an internet-based business forum for small businesses and home industries worldwide. Besides providing correspondence service, we also provide free email addresses to small businesses having been the members of 'FKUKM - Hapsa et Studia'. In providing correspondence service, i.e. making or translating English letter (except), we will charge as much as Rp. 25.000,- /per page based on result (2 spaces, font 12 Arial/TNR). By this way, small businesses all over Indonesia, who have internet access, will be able to communicate in English with each of their foreign customers. This way is of course much cheaper compared to the conventional system, where they have to recruit professional staff skillful in English correspondence.
